Marlins-Mets rained out; twin bill Wednesday

Given the rain accumulation at Citi Field the past 24 hours and the extended rain forecast for the rest of today, the New York Mets have announced that tonight’s game against the Miami Marlins has been postponed and rescheduled as part of a single-admission doubleheader on Wednesday, September 12 at 4:10 p.m. The second game of the doubleheader will start approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
