Kapler’s gambles fall short as Phils drop Game 1
Phillies manager Gabe Kapler does not like to say games are “must-win” games, but he sure is managing like it. Kapler is taking advantage of a 39-man roster, but nothing is working lately, including the moves in Tuesday’s 3-1 loss to the Nationals in Game 1 of a doubleheader at Citizens Bank Park.
