Conforto, Frazier go back-to-back for walk-off
Down to their final out, the Mets walked off as winners Thursday in Game 1 of a doubleheader at Citi Field, when Michael Conforto and Todd Frazier hit back-to-back homers in the ninth to give the Mets a 4-3 win over the Marlins. Mets starter Steven Matz also homered, blasting his first career home run in the second. Miami got a strong start out of rookie right-hander Sandy Alcantara, who went seven innings and allowed two runs.
