Bogaerts catalyzes sweep to bail out bullpen

J.D. Martinez and Rafael Devers homered as the Red Sox beat the Blue Jays in the series finale. Xander Bogaerts doubled, stole third and scored the go-ahead run in the eighth on a fielding error on a dropped popup.
