Rays will recall Meadows, 3 more on Thursday

Austin Meadows appears to be in line to make his anticipated Rays debut, as the touted outfielder who was acquired in the Chris Archer trade will be recalled from Triple-A Durham ahead of Thursday’s game in Toronto as part of a series of additional September callups.
