Rays’ Snell wins AL Cy Young; NL winner up next

Rays left-hander Blake Snell was named the 2018 American League Cy Young Award winner by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America on Wednesday night, topping Justin Verlander of the Astros and Corey Kluber of the Indians. The National League Cy Young Award is up next.
