Hicks the hero as Twins walk off over Tigers

Closer Glen Perkins blew a save chance in the ninth by giving up a go-ahead three-run homer to J.D. Martinez with two outs, but the Twins rallied against Tigers closer Joe Nathan for two runs in the ninth to hand the Tigers a 4-3 loss on Tuesday night at Target Field.
