Altuve passes Biggio with club-record 211th hit
Jose Altuve, the little second baseman who could, slapped a double to left field in the fifth inning and hit a single in the seventh inning of Tuesday’s game against the Indians, giving him 211 hits for the season. That passed Craig Biggio’s franchise single-season hits record set in 1998.
