Morton, Rays finalize two-year contract

The Rays formally announced on Friday the signing of free-agent right-hander Charlie Morton to a two-year, $30 million deal with an option for a third year. No matter how good the Rays hope Morton will be, his former manager wants them to know they’re getting so much more.
