Capitals recall Wilson from AHL, reassign Brown

The Washington Capitals on Tuesday recalled forward Tom Wilson from Hershey of the American Hockey League.

Wilson, 20, appeared in all 82 regular-season games for the Capitals last season and had three goals, 10 points and 151 penalty minutes. …
