Gordon selected to flip switch on KC’s Plaza lights

The World Series celebration continues and this time it’ll light up Kansas City’s famous Country Club Plaza with the traditional holiday lights.Kansas City Power & Light has selected Royals left fielder Alex Gordon to flip the switch that will turn on the thousands of colorful lights in the 85th Plaza lighting ceremony. He’ll be assisted by his family and general manager Dayton Moore and his family.
