Memo outlines NFL conduct policy changes
The NFL’s owners on Wednesday are expected to discuss and possibly vote on a revised personal conduct policy submitted by commissioner Roger Goodell. ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” has obtained a copy of the memo sent to NFL owners.
