Rangers consider trading pick in Rule 5 Draft

The Rangers have the third overall pick in the Rule 5 Draft — scheduled to take place Thursday morning at the Winter Meetings — but could trade the selection. “We might be able to help our club more by trading it,” general manager Jon Daniels said.
