Phils waiting on Dodgers to announce Rollins deal

And the Phillies continue to wait. They agreed more than a week ago to trade Jimmy Rollins to the Dodgers for a pair of Minor League pitchers, but they have not announced the trade because of a separate trade involving the Dodgers.
