Harper exits after leg buckles amid run to 1st

Nationals superstar outfielder Bryce Harper was helped off the field during the first inning of Saturday night’s game against the Giants after his lower left leg buckled while he slipped on the first-base bag while trying to beat out an infield hit. The base appeared slippery, and the game was delayed by just over three hours due to rain.
