Cards turn rally into romp, extend Pirates’ skid
After four innings Thursday night at PNC Park, the Cardinals trailed by three runs. Then came the rain and the runs. The Cards rallied for two runs before an hour-long delay, scored three more in the seventh inning and added four more in the ninth, sailing to an 11-7 win over the Pirates at PNC Park.
