Iwakuma (shoulder) unlikely to return in ’17
Hisashi Iwakuma is seeking doctors’ opinions on his still-ailing right shoulder, and while manager Scott Servais wasn’t ready to say the 36-year-old’s season is finished, it’s hard to imagine the veteran starter being able to return with just three weeks left.
