Wong exits with lower back tightness

A half-inning after scoring from second on Carlos Martinez’s two-out, fifth-inning single, Kolten Wong was pulled from Friday afternoon’s series opener vs. the Cubs at Wrigley Field due to lower back tightness. Greg Garcia replaced Wong at second base.
