Banister impressed by Gallo’s aptitude
Rangers first baseman Joey Gallo was 1-for-4 with a single in Tuesday’s 3-1 victory over the Mariners. He also had a couple of nice defensive plays, including turning Kyle Seager’s tough grounder to first base into an inning-ending double play in the fourth.
