A’s Neuse blasts grand slam in AFL victory

After being dealt to the A’s by the Nationals in early 2017, Sheldon Neuse put his raw power on display at Class A and Double-A. He did more of the same on Wednesday afternoon. Neuse, Oakland’s No. 14 prospect, went 3-for-4 with a grand slam and four RBIs as he led Mesa to a 9-4 win over Scottsdale.
