Cards sweep Reds, close in on first-place Crew
Backed by seven scoreless innings from Lance Lynn and three RBIs from Jhonny Peralta, the Cardinals swept the Reds with a 7-3 victory on Wednesday night at Busch Stadium. St. Louis won for the seventh time in eight games and gained a game on the Brewers.
