Charles, Smith urge fans to follow Liberty to White Plains

After an offseason in limbo, the New York Liberty will play most of its 2018 home games at Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York. Former MVP Tina Charles and coach Katie Smith hope fans show up, despite significant travel challenges.
