Wood has torn ACL, likely out for season

Tigers left-hander Travis Wood had to wait a week for his Spring Training debut thanks to an injury on his non-throwing hand.His season is now likely over after one Grapefruit League inning after he blew out his left knee on a rundown play in Thursday’s loss to the Braves.
