What NHL award should exist but doesn’t?

The NHL needs to add some new end-of-season hardware. How about a Breakthrough Player Award that rewards late bloomers like William Karlsson, a Selke spinoff for the best defensive winger or a Bobby Orr Trophy for the top-scoring defenseman?
