Arrieta ‘eager’ to meet first-week start target
Phillies ace Jake Arrieta remains confident he will be ready to pitch the first week of the regular season. Arrieta, however, understands why the Phillies remain noncommittal. The first week is small potatoes after the right-hander signed a three-year, $75 million contract on March 12.
