Lamet, Perdomo to follow Richard in SD rotation

The Padres have set their rotation for this week’s season Opening Series against Milwaukee at Petco Park. Clayton Richard, Dinelson Lamet and Luis Perdomo — in that order — are slated to start against the Brewers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
