Miggy exits with left hip flexor tightness

What looked like an innocently goofy piece of baserunning from Miguel Cabrera turned out to be an injury that eventually knocked the Tigers’ star out of Thursday’s game against the White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field. Cabrera left the game with left hip flexor tightness after tumbling around first base on a first-inning single.
