Bat flip earns Rendon ejection; Martinez tossed too

The Nationals’ Anthony Rendon was ejected from Saturday’s game against the Mets after a called third strike. Manager Dave Martinez was also ejected after strenuosly arguing with home plate umpire Marty Foster after Rendon’s ejection.
