Matz, Mets edge Nationals to win 4th straight
For the second consecutive game, the Mets struck late against normally reliable Nats right-hander Brandon Kintzler, this time scoring a pair of runs in the seventh inning to lead them to a 3-2 victory over the Nationals on a windy afternoon at Nationals Park on Saturday. That late rally, combined with a five-out save from right-hander Jeurys Familia, helped lead the Mets to their second win in a row over the Nationals.
