Rays acquire OF Hazelbaker from D-backs

The Rays acquired outfielder Jeremy Hazelbaker from the D-backs for cash considerations on Tuesday. To make room on the 40-man roster, the Rays transferred right-hander Jose De Leon, who’s recovering from Tommy John surgery, to the 60-day disabled list.
