Cole K’s 14, continues record-setting run
The strikeouts keep coming for Gerrit Cole. Cole became the first pitcher in Astros history to have at least 11 strikeouts in each of his first two starts with the team, and he backed that up Friday night with another double-digit-strikeout game in the series opener against the Rangers at Minute Maid Park.
