Harper’s MLB-high 8th HR a broken-bat stunner

Bryce Harper entered Monday’s series opener against the Mets with more homers than anyone else in the Majors, and he added to that total with his typical flair. Harper hit a broken-bat homer to right-center field in the first inning off Mets flamethrower Jacob deGrom, giving Washington a 1-0 lead.
