Napoli carted off field after injury in Triple-A

Mike Napoli appeared to suffer a serious knee injury during Triple-A Columbus’ game against Pawtucket on Tuesday night, and he had to be carted off the field according to the Boston Globe. He will reportedly undergo an MRI on Wednesday morning.
