Dodgers call up switch-pitcher Venditte

The Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday selected the contract of ambidextrous pitcher Pat Venditte from Triple-A Oklahoma City and optioned right-handed pitcher Brock Stewart to the OKC Dodgers.
