Culberson hits walk-off 2-run HR vs. Nats
Charlie Culberson drilled the first pitch he saw from Tanner Roark over the left-field fence for a two-out, two-run homer that gave the Braves a 4-2 win over the Nationals on Sunday and a series victory. Braves starter Anibal Sanchez allowed just two runs in seven innings, while his counterpart, Jeremy Hellickson, exited in the first with a leg injury attempting to cover first base. Jefry Rodriguez, who was called up by the Nats prior to the game, came on to pitch 4 2/3 scoreless innings.
