Sources: OKC hits $300M with Felton re-signing
Free-agent guard Raymond Felton has agreed to a one-year, $2.4 million deal to return to the Thunder, league sources told ESPN. His signing will push Oklahoma City’s payroll and luxury tax past $300 million.
