Top prospect Whitley suffers oblique injury

Heralded Astros pitching prospect Forrest Whitley exited his start for Double-A Corpus Christi after throwing 17 pitches on Thursday night. Houston general manager Jeff Luhnow described the injury as “left oblique discomfort,” according to the Houston Chronicle.
