Altman: LeBron’s decision brought ‘level of hurt’

Cavs GM Koby Altman spoke candidly about LeBron James’ decision to join the Lakers, saying there was “a level of hurt” at first but that he also felt “extremely thankful” for what James accomplished in Cleveland.
