Nationals lose Doolittle to DL with toe injury

The Nationals placed left-handed pitcher Sean Doolittle on the 10-day disabled list (retroactive to July 7) with left toe inflammation and optioned right-handed pitcher Jefry Rodriguez to Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday. Additionally, the club recalled right-handed pitchers Wander Suero and Austin Voth from Triple-A Syracuse.
