Bryant rejoining Cubs; activation imminent
Before Tuesday’s game, manager Joe Maddon said third baseman Kris Bryant is flying out to San Francisco in hopeful anticipation of returning to the lineup Wednesday. The 26-year-old has been sidelined since June 23 with a sore left shoulder.
