T.O. emotional in speech, felt ‘ostracized’ by HOF

Terrell Owens delivered an impassioned speech celebrating his family and criticizing sportswriters’ relationship with the “values of the Hall of Fame” at his alma mater Saturday, reiterating why he was snubbing the Hall of Fame ceremony.
