Mets put up 10 in 5th one day after 9-run frame

Looking nothing like the club that fell to fourth place in the National League East in large part because of its offense, the Mets on Thursday constructed their second inning of at least nine runs in a nine-inning span. After scoring nine in the sixth Wednesday night in Baltimore, the Mets rapped out 10 more runs in the fifth inning Thursday at Citizens Bank Park.
