Nats activate Stras from DL to face Phils tonight

The Nationals reinstated right-hander Stephen Strasburg from the 10-day disabled list and optioned infielder Adrian Sanchez to Triple-A Syracuse ahead of Strasburg’s scheduled start on Wednesday night against the Phillies at Nationals Park.
