Altuve (MVP), Hinch (manager) award finalists

Astros second baseman Jose Altuve is a finalist for the American League Most Valuable Player Award, as voted on by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America. Altuve joins Yankees right fielder Aaron Judge and Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez as the three finalists. Meanwhile, Astros manager A.J. Hinch is a finalist for the AL Manager of the Year Award, joining Paul Molitor of the Twins and Terry Francona of the Indians.
