Angels add veterans C. Young, C. Carter

Outfielder Chris Young signed a one-year contract with the Angels with a Major League Spring Training invitation and first baseman Chris Carter has agreed to a Minor League deal on Sunday. Carter’s deal is for $1.75 million if he makes the Major League roster and includes $600,000 in incentives, according to MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand.
