Angels irked as Harper again lobbies for Trout

New Phillies slugger Bryce Harper on Tuesday again lobbied for superstar Mike Trout to join the franchise in 2021. Angels general manager Billy Eppler told the Los Angeles Times he’s been in touch with Major League Baseball regarding the comments.
