Angels tab Richards for Opening Day start

Right-hander Garrett Richards has been named the Angels’ Opening Day starter vs. the A’s on Thursday, manager Mike Scioscia confirmed Monday. Left-hander Tyler Skaggs will get the ball on Friday.
