Arbiter encourages NFL, Peterson to settle

Arbiter Harold Henderson is scheduled to hear testimony from NFL executive vice president for football operations Troy Vincent on Thursday but also encouraged the NFL and the NFLPA to negotiate a settlement regarding Adrian Peterson.
