Arian Foster out for Houston Texans vs. N.Y. Giants

Arian Foster won’t play when the Houston Texans visit the New York Giants on Sunday, NFL Media’s Kimberly Jones reported. The running back is dealing with a hamstring injury after 55 carries the first two weeks.
