As FAs start to sign, where do Phils stand?

The Phillies prioritized pursuing left-handers Patrick Corbin and J.A. Happ to balance and boost their rotation this offseason. But Corbin signed a six-year, $140 million contract with the Nationals, and reports on Wednesday morning at the Winter Meetings say that Happ and the Yankees are close to an agreement on a two-year deal with an option for a third year.
